Thomas was born on July 31, 1951, to Albert and Doris (Lowe) Glenn, in Palmer, Nebraska. He grew up on the farm and went to school in Wolbach, graduating in 1969. He was very artistic as he drew the mustang mascot for the Wolbach Public School, which was used until they merged.
Thomas was born to be a farmer and cattleman, farming all his life, until he realized he really enjoyed raising cattle more. So, Thomas owned land and grazed cattle for the rest of his life. Thomas and John started a land excavating company, in 2006, Thomas always liked playing in the dirt! He always had something clever to say, for example, “we all come with a life guarantee, we just don’t know how long it is.”
Those left to cherish his memory are his siblings and spouses, Rosena Glenn of Wolbach, Eugene “Bud” Glenn of Elyria, Bill & Barb Glenn of Greeley, John Glenn of Wolbach, and Nina Glenn of Wolbach.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Alberta.
