Milo Bernard McIntyre, 91, of Wolbach died Thursday, June 25, 2009 at Heritage Living Center in St. Paul.



Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Wolbach. The Reverend Martin Leeper will officiate. Interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery in Wolbach. Visitation will be held on Friday, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Jacobsen-Greenway Funeral Home in St. Paul.



Memorials are suggested to the Wolbach United Methodist Church.



Mr. McIntyre was born August 28, 1917 near Wolbach in Greeley County to Milo Ray and Jo Hannah (Michelson) McIntyre.



He attended Wolbach Public Schools and graduated from Wolbach High School in 1934.



He was united in marriage to Evelyn Hurst on April 2, 1938 in Wayne, NE.



The couple farmed in the Wolbach vicinity all of the life. On July 5, 1995 they retired near Springfield, NE where they built a horse facility and lived there until March 6, 1999 when they moved to St. Paul.



Milo was a member of the United Methodist Church in Wolbach.



Survivors include his wife, Evelyn of St. Paul; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. L. Jay and Carol McIntyre of Sun Lakes, AZ and Robert and Viola McIntyre of Grapevine, TX; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Gary Teply of Springfield, NE; seven grandchildren, Heather and Trevor McIntyre, Tyrsa and Maria McIntyre and Russell, Rachel and Ryan Teply; six great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Louise McIntyre of Wolbach, and a sister, Minnie Dubas of Fullerton.



He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Glenn, Oren, Emmert and Ted McIntyre; an infant brother; and two sisters, Lola Bryer and Frances Panowicz.
