Carol A. Newman, 61, of Greeley died Saturday, December 26, 2015 at CHI St. Francis in Grand Island.
Carol’s wish was to be cremated and that no services were to be held.
Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice.
Jacobsen-Greenway Funeral Home in St. Paul is in charge of arrangements.
Carol was born July 5, 1954 in Long Beach, CA to Steve and Patricia (Gibbons) Marinkovich.
She was raised in Long Beach and spent most of her life in the Bay area of California.
Carol was united in marriage to Kelvin Roberts on December 31, 2001 in Bullhead City, AZ.
The couple moved to Greeley, NE in 2003 and Carol lived the remainder of her life in Greeley.
Survivors include her husband, Kelvin of Greeley; a son, Harold Jefferies of Richmond, CA; two daughters, Sondra Jackson of St. Paul and Anitra Jackson of Omaha; an aunt and uncle, Sandra and Mike McIntyre of Greeley; and a cousin, Tami Mullaney of St. Paul.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Newman.
